About Us

Comfort Discharge and Reablement Services (“CDR Services”) provides a unique, high quality post discharge and reablement care service for the elderly and frail patients returning home after a period in hospital.

Our range of services is designed to encourage clients to develop confidence and skills to carry out daily activities themselves and continue to live at home reducing preventable hospitalisation and help them regain their independence. We help people ‘do things for themselves’ rather than ‘having things done for them’.

Our brand promise is ”safely home”. In collaboration with hospitals we aim to decongest hospitals and free hospital beds for more urgent and needy cases.

CDR Services, formed in November 2017 is CQC registered and approved.
